Pre-requisite: Some experience painting with acrylic is helpful but not necessary.

LEARN TO ADD INTERESTING TEXTURE TO CREATE INTRIGUING ABSTRACT PAINTINGS.
Explore what abstract painting is all about. You will use acrylic paint and acrylic mediums while creating multiple layers of colour and texture while learning about abstract design.
You will practice on a pre-textured surface (12X12) and you will learn how to apply texture mediums on another surface (10x10) You will have two completed paintings at the end of this workshop.
You will learn about what makes a good abstract design while painting layers of acrylic over the surface and will also learn techniques that enhance the textural quality. Even if you've never tried abstract painting, this is the place to start. It is a very easy way to make a great looking abstract.
