USE DIFFERENT ACRYLIC APPLICATIONS TO CREATE INTRIGUING ABSTRACT PAINTINGS.
You will use acrylic paint in various ways to create multiple layers of colour while learning about abstract design.
You will be introduced to 5 different ways of applying acrylic paint and be shown multiple ways of maneuvering the paint before it dries to create interest. You will build layers that each have a purpose and learn the 6 principles of good design so you can critique your work and know why it's not working and be able to correct it. Using these principles you will understand how to use composition, tone and colour to keep the viewer intrigued.
You will complete two paintings by the end of this workshop. Even if you've never tried abstract painting, this is the place to start. It is a very easy way to make a great looking abstract.
